When a booking comes in
A guest books a table. The booking appears in your dashboard straight away: name, phone number, party size and time. By default it is confirmed the moment it is made; if you would rather answer each one yourself, switch auto-confirm off in your booking settings. Keep the dashboard open on your phone during service and new bookings add themselves to the list.

- What does it cost?
- Nothing. Stol is free for restaurants — no commission, no monthly fee, and no payments run through us.
- Do I need a computer?
- No. Everything works from your phone, setup included.
- What if I am full?
- Then no free tables show up and nobody can book. Availability is worked out from your real tables and your real bookings, so you cannot be overbooked.
- Can I reject a booking?
- Yes. Every booking waits for your confirmation, and rejecting one is a single tap. The table immediately becomes free again.
